Rowing an ocean is hard, really hard. But during the first 3-5 days our team may be pushed to their limits. π©

Plunged into a drastically different world, their minds and bodies are being bullied into submission whilst they adjust to the gruelling schedule. π£ββοΈπ΄π£ββοΈπ΄

But it’s more than that; whilst they endure these physical hardships, their minds are racing with thoughts of loved ones they have left behind, worrying about them, worrying whether they are doing the right thing, but all the while making progress in their pioneering route to Miami. β€οΈ
